Who are we?
Project Yama: Spreading the spores of community and love of nature one mushroom at a time.
Project Yama is dedicated to preserving and sustaining native mushroom species in the UK as well as educating people about mushroom cultivation, identification, and foraging for the benefit of the forest and local and wider communities.
We aim to connect people to nature whilst exploring creative ideas that have a positive effect on mental health and the environment. We offer a space for people to discover the magic of mycelium through a range of mushroom-related workshops and ongoing eco-projects.
